All orders are sent express via Australia Post with a tracking number provided.
Returns & Replacements
Can I return an item?
Yes you can lovely! For all jewellery items except earrings (these can't be returned due to hygiene reasons), simply return the item unworn and in it's original packaging within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
We cannot refund the postage on returned items.
My item was broken, can I get a refund?
If there's something wrong with your item then please get in touch! All our packages are inspected before they're sent out, but sometimes things go wrong during transit... we don't want you to be unhappy with your shopping experience with us, and we'd love a chance to set it right!
